ROASTED SALMON WITH CAPERS AND LEMON BUTTER SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

Two salmon filets
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 lemon
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp capers, drained
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon, skin side down, on baking sheet or on foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Roast salmon 12 to 15 minutes to desired doneness. Meanwhile, melt butter in microwave until bubbly. Add juice of 1/2 lemon and mustard, stir to combine. Add capers, stir to combine. Remove salmon from baking sheet or foil, leaving skin behind. Spoon sauce over salmon and serve.
