Steps:
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Cut each potato into 8 wedges; place in large bowl. Add oil and pepper; toss until potatoes are evenly coated with oil mixture.
- Spread into single layer on large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 50 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning potatoes every 15 min. About 5 min. before potatoes are done, cook pasta sauce and bacon in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Drizzle pasta sauce mixture over potatoes.
