Roasted Potato Wedges with Hot Sauce image

Make potato wedges even better with smoky, bacon-flecked hot sauce. It's hard to improve on crispy potato wedges, but we found a way with Roasted Potato Wedges with Hot Sauce.

1-1/2 lb. large baking potato es (about 3)
5 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 jar (15 oz.) CLASSICO Spicy Tomato & Parmesan Cream Pasta Sauce
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut each potato into 8 wedges; place in large bowl. Add oil and pepper; toss until potatoes are evenly coated with oil mixture.
  • Spread into single layer on large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 50 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning potatoes every 15 min. About 5 min. before potatoes are done, cook pasta sauce and bacon in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Drizzle pasta sauce mixture over potatoes.
