Roasted cherry tomato caprese image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pints Cherry tomatoes
4 sprig Thyme
8 ounce Fresh mozarella
4 cloves Garlic cloves
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 teaspoons Salt

Steps:

  • heat oven to 350. Roast tomatoes,thyme, olive oil, salt and smashed garlic for 45 min
  • Remove from oven, add pesto and pour over room T Mozarella pcs.
