Steps:
- In a bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil until it is coated well. Roast in a jellyroll pan at 500 degrees, turning it occasionally with tongs, for 10-12 minutes or until crisp tender.
- While the broccoli is roasting, in a blender or food processor, blend the lemon juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic and sugar until the dressing is smooth.
- Transfer broccoli to a serving dish and pour the dressing over it.
