Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, toss asparagus, pepper, lemon juice, evoo, salt and crushed red pepper. Toss to coat well. Arrange vegetables on baking sheet in one layer. Bake until tender, shaking the pan occasionally, about 15-18 minutes. Transfer vegetables to bowl and toss them with lemon zest. Serve.
