ROAST BEEF LETTUCE ROLL UP APPETIZER
These are fast and easy. I love making appetizers for parties. My favorite party is one that serves up many appetizers so I can just graze on many different yummy things.

Steps:
- 1. Mix the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
- 2. Wash Romaine lettuce leaves and pat dry. Lay out one Romaine leaf.
- 3. Spread some horseradish sauce on lettuce leaf
- 4. Top with roast beef
- 5. To roast beef with swiss cheese
- 6. Roll lettuce leaf and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
- 7. Cut each in half and they are ready to eat.
