RICE, SPINACH AND CHEESE BAKE image

Yield 4 main dish servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c. cooked brown rice
2 cups of cottage cheese sieved
2 eggs
10 oz. frozen spinach thawed
4 oz green chilies seeded and chopped
6 0z Montery Jack cheese cubed
S and P

Steps:

  • Mix all ingresdients and i/2 of the cheese, season with sakt and pepper and put in an 8 inch pie plate. Top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 de. for 30 mins.
