Steps:
- In a 8 x 8 glass pan:
- Bottom Layer: Place rhubarb in pan. Mix sugar, flour, egg and milk. Pour over rhubarb and dot with butter.
- Top Layer: Mix. Mixture will be crumbly.
- Pour over rhubarb.
- Bake 350 for 40 minutes until top is brown. Enjoy!!
