Redneck Caviar Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cans blackeyed peas (drained)
2 cans white shoepeg corn (drained)
2 cans diced Rotel tomatoes (drained?)
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
3 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 to 1 bottle Italian Dressing

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, tossing well to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with scoop corn chips.
