RED PEPPER AND ARTICHOKE HUMMUS image

14 oz Garbanzo beans
2 whole roasted red pepper
14 oz, fluid artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 cup tahini
3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tsp redd pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large food processor and pulse until smooth. Adjust salt and pepper if needed and serve with pita chips, celery or carrot sticks.
