Steps:
- 1. Cook flour and milk on low heat until thick.
- 2. Cool.
- 3. Cream sugar and butter and vanilla until fluffy.
- 4. Add to cooled flour and milk mixture.
- 5. Beat until mixture is like whipped cream.
- 6. Spread on layers.
- 7. Sprinkle with coconut or nuts if desired.
- 8. Keep cake cool.
