Raw Basil Cilantro Dressing image

A great homemade salad dressing for vegans, raw foodists, and vegetarians. Refrigerate any leftovers for the next salad. This is my first posting of the recipes I am creating as a new raw foodist. There's more to come. Goodness without guilt!

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup chopped fresh basil, or more to taste
⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons liquid aminos
Himalayan pink salt to taste
cracked black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Whisk olive oil, vinegar, basil, cilantro, nutritional yeast, liquid aminos, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until smooth.
