RAW APPLE CAKE AND GLAZE image

Number Of Ingredients 14

Cake
11/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
3 cups raw apples (I used food processor to grate)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1 cup nuts
Glaze
2/3 stick butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar

Steps:

  • Cake Preheat oven to 325 Grease and flour tube or bundt pan. Mix ingredients in order. Bake 11/4 to 11/2 hours. Wait 10 min to remove from pan. Glaze Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Pour over warm cake.
