Ranchero Pasta Bake image

1 pkg (4.5 oz./120g) pasta sour cream & chives
1 Tbsp oil
1 lb /500g ground beef/beef minced
2/3 cup taco sauce
1/4 cup water
1 can (14 oz./400g) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup grated cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta sour cream & chives according to stove top or microwave directions. Heat oil and add ground beef/minced beef. Cook and mash, until brown. Add taco sauce, water, and kidney beans. Stir until hot.
  • Spread into a oven proof dish. Top with cooked pasta and sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 390F/200C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
