Steps:
- Cook pasta sour cream & chives according to stove top or microwave directions. Heat oil and add ground beef/minced beef. Cook and mash, until brown. Add taco sauce, water, and kidney beans. Stir until hot.
- Spread into a oven proof dish. Top with cooked pasta and sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 390F/200C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
