Steps:
- 1. combine ranch dressing, pepper, scallions and olive oil in a measuring cup 2. clean shrimp (peel and de-vein) and place shrimp in a large zip lock plastic bag 3. pour ranch olive oil mixture over shrimp and close the bag. shake bag to combine shrimp and mixture and let sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator 4. grill shrimp until cooked through (opaque) this is a couple minutes on each side
