A mint and cilantro yogurt dip that is essential to spice up your Pakistani appetite. It's great to have alongside kebabs, curries, samosa, and basically any savory dish.

1 green chile pepper, stemmed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons water, or as needed
1 cup Indian-style yogurt (such as Gopiā„¢)
salt to taste

Steps:

  • Combine chile pepper, mint, cilantro, and 2 teaspoons water in a grinder; grind into a paste.
  • Stir chile paste and yogurt together in a bowl. Thin with remaining 4 teaspoons water. Season with salt.
