RAINBOW PASTA SALAD image

Yield 12-14 servings

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb pkg tricolor spiral pasta
2 med carrots shredded
1 lg red onion chopped
1 med green pepper chopped
1/2 tsp celery seed or
2 celery sticks chopped
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 c vinegar
1 c mayonnaise
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • cook pasta per directions; rinse in cold water, drain, place in large bowl; add carrots, onions, gr pepper, celery; combine remaining ingredients and pour over pasta; toss to coat; cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight;
