Number Of Ingredients 5

2 ounces gin, such as Hendrick's
1 to 2 ounces Italian orange-flavored aperitif, such as Aperol
1 ounce sweet Italian vermouth, such as Carpano Antica
Lemon peel
Ice

Steps:

  • Add the gin, aperitif, vermouth and lemon peel to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until blended. Serve neatly in a cocktail glass.
