Quick Walnut Mayonnaise image

A wonderful mayonnaise to use for salads, fish, rice, potatoes, etc. Adapted from the Silver Palate cookbook.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup soy mayonnaise or 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/2 cup walnut oil
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate until needed, Enjoy!
  • Great on salads, rice, potatoes, vegetables, fish, etc.
