Quick Mix Coleslaw image

This coleslaw couldn't be easier to put together! Everyone loves it too! Adding the mayonnaise to the coleslaw dressing seems to cut some of the sweetness, and it's just how we like it! Easy to double for a large crowd.

Number Of Ingredients 5

14 oz. bag(s) coleslaw with shredded carrot
1 c hidden valley ranch coleslaw dressing
1/4 c mayonnaise
3 green onions, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Take 3 green onions, and cut very fine. In a small bowl mix Hidden Valley Ranch Coleslaw Dressing and mayonnaise together. Add salt, pepper, and green onions. Mix well.
  • 2. Open the bag of coleslaw, and put into a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing mixture over the top of the coleslaw. Mix well and place into a serving bowl.
  • 3. Chill for several hours before serving. Even great if made the day before. Does not get watery.
