Steps:
- Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain.
- Stir in uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, water, mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, oregano and garlic powder. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring ocasionally; remove from heat. Uncover and let stand about 5 minutes or until sauce is as thick as you'd like. Stir before serving. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
