Steps:
- On one slice of bread arrange pepperoni to cover bread, cover pepperoni with cheese and top with remaining bread slice.
- While preparing the sandwich, place a griddle or small skillet on low to medium heat. Spread butter on each open side of sandwich. Place on griddle or skillet. Heat until golden brown on each side and cheese is melted.
- Cut in half and serve with sauce for dipping.
