I got this from a Country Cooking booklet. It looks easy and tasty. It uses crescent roll dough instead of a pie crust.

Steps:
- Brown meat in a large skillet, drain. Add seasoning mix, water and salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the crescent roll dough in a 10" pie plate to form a crust, press the edges together at the seams. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips over the crust. Spoon the meat mixture over the chips. Spread sour cream on top. Cover with cheese slices and sprinkle on remaining corn chips.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve with lettuce, olives, tomatoes and more salsa if desired.
