QUICK AND EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES image

5 or 6 large potatoes
once again depending upon the amount of people you are feeding. A can or two of Campbell's (taste's much better) mushroom soup
salt and pepper and a tbsp of butter or margaring. You may also want to add a can to and can and a half of milk.

Steps:

  • Peel and wash potatoes. Mix mushroom soup, milk, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Pour onto prepared potatoes and add the tbsp. of butter or margaring in the middle of baking dish. You may want to spray your pan with PAM first. Just slip into the oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hr. Depending upon the oven, you may want to poke the potatoes just to make sure they are soft. If they are, then your potatoes are ready!!
