1 lb of raw hamburger or 1 lb sausage
1 cup of uncooked white rice
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
2 cups milk (more as needed)

Steps:

  • 1.Grease a 9x11(or 9x13) baking dish
  • 2.Sprinkle the uncooked rice in the bottom; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  • 3.Cover with the uncooked, raw hamburger or sausage; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  • 4.Cover with 1 can of soup.
  • 5. Pour milk over all. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.
