Steps:
- Combine the peppercorns, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, salt, and the ancho chili in the food processor and pulverize
- Combine this mixture with all the other ingredients, taking care to mix carefully as it will cause sneezing
- Spread on baking sheets and toast in the oven lightly (about 10 minutes) at 325
- The toasting brings out the natural oils in the spices and develops the flavor more fully.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer
