PUMPKIN PIE (LIBBY'S) image

4 eggs
1 can (29 oz) libby's solid packpumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
3 cups (2 -12 oz cans) undiluted Evaporated milk
2 9" pie crusts, unbaked

Steps:

  • combine filling ingredients in order, pour into pie crusts. bake in preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes. reduce temp to 350 and bake additional 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool garmish with whipped ccream.
