- Dissolve sugar and syrup in hot espresso.
- Add milk and refridgerate until cold.
- Put ice in blender and crush until mostly broken up.
- Add cooled coffee, pumpkin, and pie spice if using.
- Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
