Steps:
- 1. Wisk wet ingredients in bowl. In another bowl stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Blend wet ingredients into dry. Blend for 2-3min till lumps are gone.
- 2. Fill cupcake papers 3/4 way full (i use icecream scoop) Bake at 350 for 15-17min. Let cool.
- 3. FROSTING Wisk milk into pudding. Let set for 5min in refrigerator. Fold in whipped cream. Frost or pipe frosting to each cupcake. Decorate with candies or dust with cinnamon sugar.
