PUMPKIN CRUNCH image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 Cup sugar
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg Duncan Hines butter golden cake mix (or yellow cake mix)
1 Cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 Cup butter, melted
Cool whip

Steps:

  • Grease 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Mi pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Stir until well blended and pour into glass dish. Sprinkle cake mix, dry, over mixture as evenly as possible. Scatter pecans over top. Drizzle butter over entire cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Chill completely. Cut into squares and serve with a dollop of Cool Whip.
