PUMPKIN BUNDT CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 15

2 cups light brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cloves
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 16-oz can pumpkin (I think it could use more pumpkin than this)
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add rest of wet ingredients; mix well. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add wet ingredients and nuts. Stir until well-moistened. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
