Steps:

Mushroom ½ pound fresh mushrooms chopped in food processor 3 T butter 1 ½ - 2 T white wine 1 T chicken broth powder 1/3 tsp garlic powder 1/3 tsp dried parsley flakes 1 tsp cornstarch water 2 T Whipping cream Sautee mushrooms in butter and all ingredients except for cream and cornstarch. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. Mix cornstarch with a bit of water to dissolve and stir into mushroom mixture. Stir in cream. Simmer uncovered for 2 - 3 minutes. Add more cornstarch if necessary. Desired texture is that of a thick sauce. Cool before spreading thinly over puff dough. Follow the above directions. This recipe may be doubled and tripled.
