Onion and provolone melted together in a savory dip. Serve with mini pumpernickel bread slices.

2 cups chopped Vidalia onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded provolone cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the onion, mayonnaise, and provolone cheese. Transfer to a small casserole dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the onions are tender and top is golden.
