Mix well.Step 3Place seasoned chicken wings and soy mixture in a pressure cooker. Close pressure cooker and adjust the pressure valve to Airtight. Program your pressure cooker for 15 minutes.Step 4Open pressure cooker and,using a tongs,remove cooked chicken wings,reserving cooking liquid Set aside. Ladle out about half of cooking liquid and discard. Press start button on pressure machine to start heating process.Step 5To thicken the sauce,add 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. Mix it thoroughly and let it reduce down and thicken to where the sauce will coat a spoon and not drip off immediately.
