Steps:
- Saute chicken in butter until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, curry powder and saffron. Saute for 5 minutes.
- Add coconut milk or broth, thyme, green onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Mix well, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve.
