Potato Salad with Boiled Dressing Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 eggs
5 Tbsp. boiling vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 pint heavy cream
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley

Steps:

  • Beat eggs and vinegar in double boiler. Stir in butter and add cream, onion and seasonings. Add to hot peeled potatoes, then chill.
