Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Combine juice and sugar in saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cook until reduced to 1/2 cup (about 8 min). Pour half of glaze into small bowl set aside. 3. Salt and pepper pork. Place pork on broiler pan coated with spray. Brush pork with 1/2 of glaze from saucepan. Roast at 425 for 15 min or until 135. Baste with remaining glaze in saucepan, cook an additional 5 min or to 145. 4. Remove from oven, baste with 1/2 of glaze in bowl. Let stand 10 min. Cut across grain. Serve with remaining glaze.
