Pork Tenderloin with Gravy Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 envelope brown gravy
1/2 c water
3 T soy sauce
2 T red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients, set aside. In a large skillet, brown pork slices in oil on all sides. Stir in the gravy mixture, mushrooms and onions. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat juices run clear and vegetables are tender.
