PORK TENDERLOIN WITH CITRUS GLAZE image

1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
2/3 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon white pepper, ground
1/4 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
8 strips orange zest

Steps:

  • Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and heat briefly until marmalade melts. Cool and marinate trimmed whole pork preferably overnight. Grill on indirect heat on the grill with smoke wood.
