PORK TENDERLOIN & APRICOT MARINADE/GLAZE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 filets plain pork tenderloin
Combine & heat to boiling:
• 1 cup Smuckers apricot preserve
• ¼ cup Triple Sec
• ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
• ½ tsp Worcestershire

Steps:

  • * Cool sauce mixture & split in half. * Marinate the pork tenderloin in the mixture for about 2 hours at room temperature. * Bake pork at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes on rack, uncovered. * Heat remaining mixture. Serve over sliced pork.
