- 1. Blend juice, soy sauce, oil, sugar and ginger. Add pork, marinade and cover for one hour. Add marinade and pork to skillet and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Stir in cornstarch, blended with water. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer, stirring until sauce thicken, about 5 minutes. Add vegetables and simmer covered for an additional five minutes.
