Pork Chops with Apple Cider Sauce image

2 Tbsp. oil, divided
4 bone-in pork loin center chops (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
2 Gala apples, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
3/4 cup apple cider
1/3 cup light cream
2 Tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water

Steps:

  • Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (145ºF). Transfer chops to plate, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
  • Add remaining oil, apples, onions and dressing; cook and stir 1 min. Cover; cook 4 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in cider, cream and thyme. Cook on medium heat 2 min., stirring frequently.
  • Mix cornstarch and water until blended; stir into mixture in skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 1 min. Add chops to skillet; cook 1 min. or until heated through.
