Poppy Seed Waldorf Salad image

Waldorf Salad with Poppyseed Dressing is a delicious, fresh, and healthy twist on a classic side dish. There's something about a Waldorf Salad; fresh fruit, creamy dressing, and crunchy candied walnuts that makes this easy recipe a family favorite for every holiday, especially Easter! I love the addition of Poppyseed dressing for some extra zip and creaminess.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons poppy seed dressing
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
2 cups diced apples
1 cup red seedless grapes (halved)
1 cup celery (sliced)
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup candied walnuts (chopped (candied is optional but super tasty!))
Fresh green leaf lettuce for serving

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt, dressing, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add in all other ingredients except lettuce and stir gently to toss.
  • Serve over leaf lettuce.
  • Enjoy!
