POPPY SEED DRESSING-NEIMAN MARCUS FAVE ON FRUIT image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup vinegar
3 Tbl. onion juice
2 cups veggie oil (not olive)
3 Tbl. poppy seeds

Steps:

  • mix sugar, mustard, salt & vinegar. Add oinion juice and stir in. Add oil slowly to emulsify. Whisk in poppy seeds & beat for afew minutes. Can make in food processor.
