Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add spinach and beef; mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 8 minutes. turn and broil 3-5 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink.
