- Place shrimp in large glass or plastic bowl. Mix milk and mustard until blended. Add to shrimp; toss until shrimp are evenly coated with milk mixture. Refrigerate 15 min.
- Remove shrimp from milk mixture; discard any remaining milk mixture. Place flour in medium bowl. Add shrimp, in small batches, to flour; toss until evenly coated with flour. Place on plate. Refrigerate additional 15 min.
- Heat oil to 350°F in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, whisk eggs and water in medium bowl until blended. Combine bread crumbs and seafood seasoning in separate medium bowl.
- Dip shrimp, in small batches, into egg mixture, then into bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp with each ingredient. Gently shake off any excess bread crumb mixture.
- Add shrimp, in small batches, to hot oil; cook 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with cocktail sauce.
