Steps:
- Pour 1-2T oil into bottom of dutch oven, or pressure cooker. Heat and add garlic. Saute but don't burn garlic. Cut spareribs into pieces, 2-3 ribs each. Brown in oil. Toss all of escarole into pan with can of tomatoes, spices,onion and 1/2 can of water. Salt to taste. Cook until ribs are tender. Pressure cooker will take about 1/2 hour.
