3 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Water
3/4 C. Oil
2 Tbsp. Vinegar

Steps:

  • Mix all together with an electric mixer and bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 for 30-35 min.
