Pomegranate Champagne Punch image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 / 2 c water
1 / 2 c sugar
2 750 ml bottles of chilled brut champagne
1&1/2 c white rum
1&1/4 c pomegranate juice
pomegranate seeds
1 large lemon, thinly sliced
fresh mint leaves
ice block

Steps:

  • 1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves, 5 minutes. Cool completely.
  • 2. Combine all the liquid ingredients in a punch bowl. Gently lower in encased ice. Garnish with the mint, lemon slices, and pomegranate seeds.
