Steps:
- Heat nonstick pan to medium heat, with olive oil. Dredge pork steaks in spices, place in pan, top evenly with teriyaki sauce. Cover with peppers, onion and pineapple.
- Cover and simmer until done (internal temp of 165° F), about 15 - 17 min.
- Remove steaks from pan, thicken juices with cornstarch with 5 spice powder dissolved in cold water. Serve steaks with thickened sauce.
