Polynesian Pork image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 teaspoons olive oil
2 pounds pork loin roast
1 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 units pepper
0.5 units white onion
12 ounces pineapple
0.25 teaspoons spice powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • Heat nonstick pan to medium heat, with olive oil. Dredge pork steaks in spices, place in pan, top evenly with teriyaki sauce. Cover with peppers, onion and pineapple.
  • Cover and simmer until done (internal temp of 165° F), about 15 - 17 min.
  • Remove steaks from pan, thicken juices with cornstarch with 5 spice powder dissolved in cold water. Serve steaks with thickened sauce.
